MEET THE BIGBALER 330 PLUS CROPCUTTER/PACKER BALER

This BigBaler model utilizes the CropCutter option with Packer Cutter System providing tighter packing, better fermentation in silage bales, and more anerobic bacteria activity. It's flare-to-flare MaxiSweep pick-up path of 77.5-inches and adjustable spring flotation aid in maximum crop collection. The high-speed plunger hammers at 48 strokes per minute constructing bales fast. 

SUPERIOR KNOTTING

The Loop Master knotter system makes two knots per bale: the first finishes the bale, while the second, a loop-style knot, starts the new bale. This loop-style knot is 37% stronger than a standard knot, boosting twine tensile strength by up to 26% and reducing breakages. With twine fed from the top and bottom, the system eliminates friction during bale formation, minimizing wear and stress on knotter components. 

CROP PROCESSING

The packer cutter option on the BigBaler 330 PLUS uses three packer forks and six double tines to feed the crop through serrated knives into the precompression chamber, allowing cut lengths as short as 4.5 in. (114.3 mm). Its staggered tine lengths prevent crop damage, while a durable packer slip clutch and crankshaft drive ensure long life, reliable performance.

DENSITY CONTROL

The three-sided density control system monitors plunger load and sensor readings, automatically adjusting hydraulic pressure to maintain uniform density, with a proportional valve ensuring stable regulation at max pressure. In case of electronics failure, manual adjustments can be made.
