The CropCutter rotor cutter system offers short cut and medium cut configurations for crop lengths of 1.5 in. and 3 in., respectively. Its “W”-shaped rotor pattern ensures even cutting force, smooth crop flow, increased flake density and capacity, and enhanced durability.

DENSITY CONTROL

The three-sided density control system monitors plunger load and sensor readings, automatically adjusting hydraulic pressure to maintain uniform density, with a proportional valve ensuring stable regulation at max pressure. In case of electronics failure, manual adjustments can be made.
