MEET THE BIGBALER 330 PLUS BALER

The BigBaler 330 Plus has a flare-to-flare MaxiSweep pick-up path of 77.5-inches and a feeding system consisting of 2 packer forks and 6 single tines. The high-speed plunger hammers at 48 strokes per minute constructing bales fast. In one fluid motion needles deliver the twine to complete the finished bale and on the return stroke, tie the first knot for the new bale. Lastly, the BigBaler Plus Series features a bale chamber that's 31.5 inches longer than prior balers providing a softer bale drop and minimizing twine popping.

To deliver consistent bale density and shape, the bale chamber is 31.5 inches (800 mm) longer than previous BigBalers, creating bales that are 10% denser. The larger chamber allows for softer bale drop for less risk of twine popping. That means you can operate the knotter closer to twine knot strength without breakage.

DENSITY CONTROL

The three-sided density control system monitors plunger load and sensor readings, automatically adjusting hydraulic pressure to maintain uniform density, with a proportional valve ensuring stable regulation at max pressure. In case of electronics failure, manual adjustments can be made.
