MEET THE BIGBALER 340 CROPCUTTER BALER

The added advantage of the BigBaler 340 CropCutter Rotor Cutter system is the ability to cut crop as it’s fed into the baler delivering shorter particle lengths, which results in tighter material packing and greater bale density. Combining the CropCutter Rotor Cutter system with the five-bar MaxiSweep pick-up ensures high capacity feeding. A short, narrow tongue profile provides outstanding baler maneuverability at headlands and improved visibility of the pickup. 37% stronger knots means less breakage thanks to the Loop Master knotter system. This all-out efficient, piece of equipment was geared for robust bailing.

Standard on the BigBaler 340 CropCutter is the high-performance CropCutter rotor cutting and feeding system. It directs material into the pre-compression chamber, where the stuffer swiftly moves the perfect flake into position once the desired density is achieved. In tough baling conditions, the rotor floor hydraulically drops to release crop pressure for easier restarting.

The BigBaler 340 CropCutter baler features the Loop Master knotter system, which creates a 37% stronger second knot, boosting overall twine tensile strength by up to 26% and reducing breakages. This system also eliminates twine offcuts, ensuring cleaner fields and less contaminated feed. Additionally, the 36-twine spool capacity minimizes the need for frequent refills.
