MEET THE BIGBALER 340 BALER

Measuring 92.6 inches flare-to-flare and 86.6 inches tine-to-tine, the BigBaler 340 High Density’s 2.35m MaxiSweep pickup is perfect for baling wide swaths from today’s high-capacity combines. The packer feeder, precompression chamber, and stuffer system provide unmatched reliability and consistent bale formation. The SmartShift gearbox features two-speed startup technology to deliver even smoother baler engagement, so your tractor’s driveline is always protected. The BigBaler 340 High Density provides easy maintenance with standard automatic oiling and centralized greasing systems to keep all chains oiled and major grease points lubricated including, plunger bearings and knotters to keep you on the field.

PACKER FEEDING SYSTEM

This high-capacity packer model features 3, 3-tine packer forks made of Hardox-brand steel that deliver performance, durability, and wear resistance. To match the baler's high throughput, the packer driveline is upgraded to handle up to 25% more power than the BigBaler PLUS models.

The BigBaler 340 High Density baler features the Loop Master knotter system, which creates a 37% stronger second knot, boosting overall twine tensile strength by up to 26% and reducing breakages. This system also eliminates twine offcuts, ensuring cleaner fields and less contaminated feed. Additionally, the 36-twine spool capacity minimizes the need for frequent refills.
