MEET THE E42 EXCAVATOR

The E42 compact excavator features a redesigned Bobcat engine that improves performance, simplifies maintenance and maximizes uptime. Standard features on the E42 excavator include low-effort joysticks that respond easily to operator input, an improved cooling system to control engine compartment temperature more efficiently, a larger slew bearing that lasts longer while working in tough conditions, and a hydraulic control valve for improved metering, finite movement and controllability for level grading.

PERFORMANCE BOOST

Option up for more versatility with performance-boosting features including a clamp-ready extendable arm, or a long arm. Reach up to 30 in more than the standard arm with the extendable arm option with less repositioning. 

OPTIONAL ANGLE BLADE

With the angle blade option, operators can adjust the blade position left or right up to 25 degrees, which enables faster, easier backfilling and grading. It can also be useful for adding stability when digging on uneven terrain.

CAB PERKS

Increased visibility and reduced piler size has increased operator visibility. When working in punishing conditions, you’ll enjoy a spacious, comfortable seat and plenty of elbow room. Keep tabs on pertinent information on the standard 5" display or opt for the 7" touch display with industry leading technology such as hands free calling with active noise cancellation. The low-effort joysticks have been internally updated to provide more control with less operator fatigue.
