This 50-hp, turbo-charged tractor offers more horsepower for heavy-duty implement and attachment work, and a Category 1 three-point hitch offers the adaptability to use a full range of implements. Grade roads, clear overgrown brush, mow large acreages, till for planting, clear snow and tackle tough digging with the power and versatility of the CT5550.
ELECTRONIC HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION
E-HST offers simplicity and ease-of-direction change – plus the electronic acceleration provides near-effortless input on the travel pedal to control your speed. It works like an automatic transmission in a car. It also includes true cruise control, to keep you moving at a constant speed. Even when driving up a slope, there's no need to adjust the travel pedal to maintain your momentum. Extra functionality includes an electronic linked pedal, speed limit switch and an anti-stall function that enables you to prevent engine stall during high-load operation.
