The Ultra Command full-powershift transmission, offers unmatched mechanical efficiency and ease of control with speed options to suit every application. The CommandGrip handle provides fingertip access to automated features like Ground Speed Management (GSM), which optimizes performance and economy by managing engine and transmission speeds based on engine load, forward speed, and operator settings.

For enhanced ergonomic operation the T8.320 features the adjustable SideWinder Ultra armrest—allowing up to eleven buttons to be personalized and adjusted per operator, CommandGrip handle—adjustments at your fingertips, steering wheel tilt and telescopic adjustments, intuitive climate controls, and best-in class seat offering for outstanding comfort.
