Applies to units with an expected arrival date beyond two weeks:
  • The customer gives a $150 refundable deposit
  • Unit sale price will decrease every two weeks by the deposit amount up to a total of 10 weeks ($750)
  • Or, apply deposit amount to a rental unit every two weeks
