Employees have two Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND medical options to choose from, a PPO plan and a PPO HSA plan. These choices allow you to pick the medical benefit product that best fit your needs.

Separate from our health insurance options Employees have Dental and Vision insurance plans to choose from. The plans are designed to fit you and your family's needs are.
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
You can open one of these individually owned accounts if you are enrolled in our High Deductible Health Plans. This account allows an employee to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical expenses.

401(k) PLAN
To help accumulate savings for retirement, we provide a retirement savings plan to all full-time employees 18 years and older. After 1 year of employment, we match 50% of employee contributions up to 6%.
PROFIT SHARING
Our success is your success. In addition to the 401K plan employees have the opportunity to participate in the company's profit sharing program. This program gives eligible employees an additional way to earn income based off the companies success.

PAID TIME OFF
Our PTO plan is based on the number of years an employees works for the company. The company has 7 paid holidays throughout the year to full-time employees. In addition to vacation time eligible Employees receive 40 hours of paid sick leave each year and 16 Hours of personal time.
LIFE & DISABILITY INSURANCE
We provide an insurance policy to all full-time employees. Additional life insurance coverage for their families is available for purchase. The company provides Short and Long-Term disability coverage for all full-time employees, paid 50% by the company.
