Bingham Equipment Return Policy

EQUIPMENT AND ATTACHMENT RETURNS

All sales of Equipment and/or Attachments are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once a purchase has been completed.

Used Equipment and Attachments

  • All used equipment and attachments are sold “as is”, with no warranty expressed or implied.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for inspecting the condition and suitability of the used items prior to purchase.
  • Some used units may retain a balance of the original or extended warranty, which may be transferable to a new owner. Transfer eligibility and requirements are determined solely by the manufacturer or third-party warranty provider.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify any remaining warranty coverage and confirm transferability, including any fees or processes that may apply, prior to finalizing the purchase.

New Equipment and Attachments

  • New equipment and attachments may be covered under a Manufacturer’s Warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by manufacturer.
  • Buyers must review and confirm the specific warranty policy for the product prior to purchase.
  • Warranty transfers, if applicable, may incur additional fees and are subject to the manufacturer’s approval and process.

 

PARTS RETURNS

All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and must be in the original packaging, in new, uninstalled condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Returns must be submitted for approval. If the returns is a customer error or customer no longer needs, charges for shipping are non-refund and return shipping is the customers responsibility. If it was a Bingham error, Bingham will cover shipping expenses and issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Bingham equipment reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements. If these requirements are not met, parts will either be scrapped or returned to you at your expense.

Core returns

If you purchased a remanufactured part that required a core charge you can return your used core for a refund. Cores are eligible for return within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, cores are no longer returnable.

Bingham Equipment will provide a return shipping label for the core once you have submitted a request.

All core returns must be in the original parts box

The customer is responsible for bringing the package to the nearest shipping facility of provided shipping arrangements. ( ex: UPS, FEDEX, USPS)

Warranty returns

Manufacturer warranty statements apply. Warranties vary by manufacturer, please see manufacture warranty statements for details.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to dealer. If part is deemed warrantable you will be shipped a replacement part at no additional charge.
  • If parts is found not warrantable, item will be scrapped or return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
  • Warranty does not cover labor charges for installation.

Warranty does not apply if damages are a result from abuse, accidents, alterations or failure to maintain equipment properly.
